Business Analyst

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate requirements with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate business and customer needs into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, and process flows.
• Collaborate with project sponsors to define product vision, scope, success criteria, metrics, estimates, and priorities.
• Work with UI/UX professionals on wireframes and prototypes.
• Partner with project managers, implementation teams, and client support to plan and execute user acceptance testing.
• Lead meetings and presentations, verify requirements quality, and improve requirements-gathering processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Business Analyst experience in a dynamic environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis fundamentals, analytical reasoning, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
• Experience organizing and facilitating customer input sessions and documenting business process flow diagrams.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, time management, and multitasking skills.
