Roll Editor Operator - 12 Hour Night Shift

Location: 670 Hardy Rd, Painesville, Ohio, USA; Fairport Graphics plant. Onsite B12 night shift, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.

What you will do

• Operate the roll editor and adjust setup and process operations.
• Operate side loaders, forklifts, and antler trucks as required; load and unload materials.
• Meet production schedules, program production sequences, and support packaging and rewinding.
• Perform routine product tests, report abnormalities, and make minor equipment adjustments and repairs.
• Maintain inventory transactions, production records, and equipment and product performance logs.
• Support housekeeping, waste removal, process improvement, team goals, and special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong service and quality focus, with the ability to identify root causes and communicate issues effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively, cross-train, share knowledge, and support production goals.
• Flexibility and dependability, including willingness to work overtime and accept short-notice requests.
• Proficiency with computer applications, especially Oracle transactional skills.
