H0444 Shift Coordinator 2 (Manufacturing)

Location: Logan, Utah, United States; onsite, full-time. B Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 PM–3:00 AM.

Compensation: USD 21.40–28.84 per hour, plus a $1.25 per-hour shift differential. Starting wage: $21.40 per hour.

What you will do

• Provide instruction and guidance to production employees and direct policy questions to the appropriate manager.
• Audit work processes and products, inspect shipments, and verify compliance with production specifications and quality standards.
• Review and approve machine setups, production samples, and shipments as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality policies, and operational procedures; report hazards and potential issues.
• Coordinate training for new employees, contract workers, and guests on safety, quality, and production requirements.
• Coordinate production activities with other departments, support continual improvement, and maintain shift attendance records when needed.

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to apply policies, procedures, regulations, and program objectives consistently.
• Proficiency with computers and software such as MS Office, word processing, spreadsheets, or job-specific systems.
• Strong oral and written communication, organization, deadline management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently and perform basic calculations involving rates, ratios, and percentages.
