Electrical Team Lead (Building Engineering)

Location: Denver, Colorado, United States; full-time, regular position

Salary: $120,967–$172,810 per year

What you will do

• Supervise a team of up to eight electrical engineers, EITs, coordinators, and designers.
• Partner with discipline team leads and the Area Business Class Lead on staffing and project proposals.
• Lead technical excellence, quality, recruiting, mentoring, and staff development.
• Serve as design lead or engineering project manager for key projects.
• Coordinate planning, organization, control, and delivery of work with project managers.
• Support recruitment and growth of the electrical business class in Colorado.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, architectural engineering with an electrical focus, or equivalent experience.
• At least 7 years of experience.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Strong communication and listening skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
• Good leadership and organizational skills.
• Professional registration, license, or certification may be required depending on the role.
