What you will do

• Facilitate the consensus plan and coordinate regional demand planning activities for PBUs to drive alignment across business functions.
• Employ demand analytics at various levels and track Forecast Value Add to support decision-making.
• Align assumptions for price, place, promotion, and product while managing the life cycle of existing and new products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare MOR & S&OP decks and optimize safety stock settings to reduce costs.
• Lead, coach, and develop the supply planning team, including the creation of succession plans for associates.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement transformational digital projects in collaboration with regional and global COE teams.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of combined experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning), Sales, or Marketing.
• 3-5 years of experience leading the demand planning function in mid- to large-scale organizations.
• Proven experience working within a matrix organization of business units and functions.
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales & Marketing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and integrated planning systems such as o9, Kinaxis, E2Open, or IBP.
• Exposure to advanced analytics and ML-based forecasting approaches.
