Contract Marketing Analyst (Pharmaceuticals)

Location: Hybrid in Lake Zurich, Illinois; onsite at the office 3 days per week

Salary: $62,000–$78,000 per year

What you will do

• Set up new contracts, amendments, customer accounts, and ACH details in Model N.
• Prepare pricing, rebate, contract, and agreement membership documentation.
• Analyze pre-deal offers, post-deal performance, contract compliance, and recurring performance requirements.
• Support contract audits, document retention, reconciliations, deductions, credits, and payback recovery.
• Resolve contract setup and ordering issues while maintaining accurate contract files.
• Collaborate with customer service, contract administration, marketing, national accounts, regional business directors, and key account managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Finance.
• 3–5 years of related experience in customer contracting analytics.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, medical devices, or biotechnology is highly desired.
• Knowledge of GPOs, PBMs, payers, IDNs, and wholesalers is highly preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, business intelligence platforms, analytics, and organizational processes.
• Effective spoken and written English is required for understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications in a regulated environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP, Model N, contract lifecycle management systems, or Qlik.
