Business Development Manager (HPE Hybrid IT)

What you will do

• Drive business development strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets for HPE Hybrid IT solutions.
• Build relationships with HPE Thailand teams, distributors, and key system integrators.
• Execute joint go-to-market activities, partner enablement, and customer engagements.
• Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and workshops.
• Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging hybrid infrastructure technologies.
• Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, vendor, and internal teams to design solution architectures and drive project success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, product sales, business development, or a related role.
• Experience with HPE HIT, Aruba, or related technologies.
• Experience in solution design, customer presentations, and technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of server and storage sizing, hardware and software licensing, and hybrid cloud concepts.
• Good command of English communication and the ability to collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
