Associate Account Manager Romer Labs

What you will do

• Implement sales strategies to grow new and existing customer accounts profitably.
• Acquire customers and drive cross-sell, up-sell, and repeat sales.
• Conduct seminars, sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Assess customer needs and recommend suitable products, services, and solutions.
• Collaborate with global and regional key account managers on joint customer visits and strategic accounts.
• Participate in tenders and address customer complaints to strengthen long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Experience in food safety, diagnostics, or ingredients.
