Senior Salesforce Developer (f/m/x)

Location: Munich, Germany; hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Ten additional Work from Anywhere days are available per year.

What you will do

• Build and customise Service Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions for dealer and buyer processes.
• Own Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and Visualforce pages across the Inventory team’s scope.
• Design and maintain two-way integrations between Salesforce and the core platform using REST APIs, Platform Events, and event-driven flows.
• Design data models and determine when standard Salesforce configuration or custom development is appropriate.
• Reduce technical debt and adopt underused platform capabilities.
• Improve reliability and performance through monitoring, release management, clean deployments, and agile architecture decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud in production.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
• Experience with relational data modelling, SOQL, SQL, REST APIs, Platform Events, and Salesforce integration patterns.
• Ability to work with release management and Scrum frameworks and communicate technical decisions in business discussions.
• English at C1 level, written and spoken.
• Active use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily work.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications, especially Platform Developer I or II or Service Cloud Consultant.
• German at B2 level.
• Experience mentoring developers and reviewing their work.
