Senior Software Engineer

What you will do

• Define capabilities and technical designs for Dynamic Tables with engineers and Product Managers.
• Interact with enterprise customers to understand needs and translate them into product and technical roadmaps.
• Drive new capabilities and performance improvements from inception through delivery.
• Build highly reliable and performant software for enterprise-scale workloads.
• Analyze and solve performance, correctness, and fault-tolerance challenges at scale.
• Ensure operational readiness and meet reliability, availability, and performance commitments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience designing and building distributed data systems.
• 3+ years of experience with query compiler internals.
• Experience building enterprise-grade, reliable, and trustworthy software or services.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and CS fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, relational algebra, or SQL.
• Adaptive and collaborative approach, including willingness to mentor and learn.
• Strong English communication skills.

• Experience with incremental view maintenance or materialized views.
