What you will do

• Own the end-to-end Group Cost function, including P&L and balance sheet production, performance analysis, and business partnering.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals while promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across central departments and provide independent challenge on costs and performance.
• Develop financial models, maintain monthly rolling forecasts, and lead the annual group costs budgeting process.
• Support the five-year strategic plan, audits, corporate tax returns, statutory account queries, and ad hoc strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in a similar finance role and experience in a fast-growing business environment.
• Qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA accountant, or equivalent.
• Experience leading a finance team and providing business partnering support to improve business performance.
• Strong technical accounting skills, commercial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to produce board-level reporting and analysis.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and non-finance colleagues, gather relevant information, and provide robust challenge.
