Customer Service Consultant

Location: Gardena, California, United States; onsite, full-time

Pay rate: $25 per hour. Pay range: $23.40–$32.17 per hour, depending on locality.

What you will do

• Resolve escalated residential and commercial customer calls and inquiries, including complex service, billing, cancellation, pricing, and equipment issues.
• Research customer concerns and coordinate timely, accurate, respectful resolutions.
• Identify customer needs and cross-sell additional services to support revenue growth.
• Address commercial service changes, contract compliance matters, and service-level adjustments through calls and other communications.
• Serve as a primary information resource for service team members and customers.
• Enter and maintain service, billing, scheduling, and customer interaction data in company systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least two years of customer service experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• At least one year of telephone sales experience.
• Ability to communicate professionally and resolve complex customer concerns.
• Ability to work onsite in Gardena, California, United States, on a full-time basis.
