HR Managerial Internship - Part-time

Location: Bucharest office, with a hybrid work-from-home/work-from-office option

Salary: 4,350 RON gross per month for the 4-hour/day, 6-month internship; 5,220 RON gross per month for the 6-hour/day, 4-month internship

What you will do

• Contribute to recruiting, employee motivation, talent management, and employee relations.
• Lead fundamental HR processes in line with company policies and corporate programs.
• Develop and deliver projects with business impact from the first day.
• Build practical HR and management skills through real-life assignments.

Requirements

• Be a final-year Bachelor’s student, one year before graduation, or a Master’s student.
• Demonstrate passion, leadership, and achievements in academic or non-academic activities.
• Have analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Romanian and English are required.
