Head of Employee Service & Payroll Management (SAP HR)

What you will do

• Coordinate and manage the country-level Employee Services, Personnel Administration, Payroll, and Time & Attendance functions.
• Set department procedures, standards, priorities, objectives, and action plans while managing the team’s daily activities and performance.
• Develop short- and medium-term functional strategies, operational plans, budgets, and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensure HR administration and payroll processes are compliant, documented, traceable, and ready for audit.
• Oversee SAP HR system maintenance and enhancements, data accuracy, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with facilities, shared service centers, internal stakeholders, and global HR structures to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Solid experience as an HR professional leading HR teams.
• Strong relationship management, presentation, written communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Good understanding of local labor and tax legislation.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP HCM Suite, SAP SuccessFactors, and GRC/IAM systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
