Vice President, Wealth Management Technology

Location: Hybrid in Saint Petersburg, Florida, United States; in-office 2–3 days per week, averaging 10–12 days per month at the St. Petersburg corporate office.

What you will do

• Define the long-term technology strategy, target architecture, and application roadmap for Wealth Management platforms.
• Lead modernization across product catalog, portfolio management, proposal generation, rebalancing, client reporting, financial planning, and external account aggregation.
• Translate business and product strategies into technology outcomes and support firm-wide adoption of new initiatives.
• Own delivery, production stability, platform reliability, release cycles, milestones, risks, and dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
• Drive cloud adoption, service-based architectures, API enablement, UI modernization, engineering standards, automation, and AI-enabled SDLC practices.
• Lead technology leaders and delivery teams while managing senior stakeholders, architecture partners, business partners, vendors, and third-party platforms.

Requirements

• More than 15 years of technology experience, including 10–15 years of management experience.
• Senior leadership experience in financial services and a track record of delivering large-scale application development and modernization initiatives.
• Experience supporting advisor-facing or client-facing platforms in Wealth Management or related domains.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture, large-scale delivery leadership, engineering standards, automation, CI/CD, and AI-enabled SDLC practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Science required; degrees in Data Science or Information Technology are also listed.
• This role is not eligible for work visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.
