VP, Engineering & Operations (AI/Cloud)

What you will do

• Define and execute multi-year engineering, operations, employee experience, and cloud strategies aligned with enterprise goals.
• Shape the operating model, improve organizational maturity, and advise the CITO on technology trends, organizational design, and transformation.
• Build and lead high-performing teams across cloud engineering, platform engineering, infrastructure, operations, employee experience, and command center functions.
• Lead cloud modernization, workload placement, migration roadmaps, FinOps, performance optimization, and cost-efficient engineering practices.
• Establish DevOps, SRE, automation, CI/CD, observability, governance, and reusable engineering frameworks.
• Develop AI infrastructure for agent monitoring, automated asset intelligence, predictive issue detection, and AI-enabled management and observability.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, engineering, or related fields, including 5+ years in a senior executive or Chief Engineering and Operations-level role.
• Experience building and scaling enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures.
• Deep expertise in data governance, data engineering, cloud modernization, and FinOps.
• Experience leading DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, infrastructure modernization, automation, and high-availability environments.
• Strong business acumen, communication, leadership, stakeholder-management, and organizational-change skills.
• Understanding of regulatory, ethical, and security considerations related to data and AI.
