What you will do

• Lead the transformation from traditional software engineering to an AI-native organization using AI-assisted and agentic development practices.
• Build capabilities for AI-powered business solutions, including agentic applications, AI assistants, workflow automation, and operations optimization tools.
• Define patterns for integrating AI with enterprise applications, APIs, data, security, and observability.
• Shape the enterprise technology roadmap, engineering strategy, governance, and architectural vision with senior business and technology leaders.
• Advance modular, API-first, composable, cloud-ready architectures while managing the modernization of legacy platforms.
• Develop engineering talent and sourcing models while managing budgets, technology investments, vendor relationships, and cloud and AI economics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information systems, industrial management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• 10–14 years of technical experience and 4–6 years of direct management experience, or comparable applicable experience.
• Experience leading enterprise application modernization from legacy and monolithic systems to modular, API-first, cloud-ready architectures.
• Deep understanding of AI-assisted and agentic software engineering across the software development lifecycle.
• Experience establishing engineering standards, architecture principles, governance, and operating models in established technology organizations.
• Strong financial management, communication, business acumen, and leadership skills, including experience building geographically distributed teams.
