Staff Integration Developer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with onsite work at least 3 days per week in San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, or Tokyo, depending on workplace policy and team requirements.

What you will do

• Design, develop, deploy, maintain, and support application integrations across cloud and on-premise environments using Boomi AtomSphere.
• Build intelligent integrations with Agent Studio, Cloud Integration, Application Integration, and enterprise web service APIs.
• Define enterprise integration roadmaps and architect technical solutions for business requirements.
• Manage, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve existing EAI, SOA, synchronous, asynchronous, message-driven, and event-driven integrations.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, sales, and other cross-functional teams to improve workflows, data integrity, and business performance.
• Integrate Boomi with AI/ML services and apply knowledge of RAG, context windows, token usage, and agent lifecycles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of total IT experience and 8+ years of Boomi development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong JavaScript, object-oriented programming, relational database, and SQL skills.
• Experience manipulating XML, JSON, and flat-file documents using JavaScript and/or Java.
• Knowledge of integration patterns, Quote-to-Cash processes, NetSuite and Salesforce data models, and AI agent development with Agent Studio.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, relationship-building, and technical leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating Boomi with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Experience using Boomi AI features to enhance integration workflows.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance.
