Salary: $85,500.00–$113,966.67 annually.

What you will do

  • Partner with the General Manager and Branch Manager to develop strategy, budgets, and branch objectives.
  • Direct branch operations across service, equipment, customer service, accounting, and inventory functions.
  • Manage profit and loss performance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgets, and delinquent-account decisions.
  • Build a customer service culture, resolve customer concerns, and monitor customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory processes, inventory turns, variances, and excess inventory liquidation.
  • Lead staffing, performance management, coaching, training, process improvements, and compliance activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • General computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to communicate accurately in person, by phone, and in writing, and to interpret electronic and written documents.
  • Ability to work in an office environment and travel to customer locations, including co-travel and overnight stays.

Nice to have

  • Degree in general business.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience in finance, inventory management, accounting, or human resources.
  • Dental industry knowledge.
