Key Account Manager Agency

What you will do

• Drive sales across radio advertising, events, sponsorships, promotions, and digital advertising.
• Build and maintain relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and major Swedish companies.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and meetings to presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Develop creative and commercially effective marketing solutions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyse completed campaigns, ensure successful delivery, and identify opportunities for continued business.

Requirements

• Experience in media sales, service sales, or B2B sales.
• Experience managing the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong customer relationships.
• Commercial, results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience working with media agencies or in media and advertising.
• Experience selling digital advertising solutions.
• An established network in the Swedish media or advertising market.
