Product Manager (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Define product strategies and contribute to roadmaps in collaboration with senior leadership and engineering.
• Prioritize product features and enhancements using market trends, customer feedback, and technology developments.
• Coordinate product engineering, sales, marketing, business development, and customer support throughout product development cycles.
• Engage with technical customers, translate their needs into product requirements, and support successful integrations.
• Lead product and feature launches, adoption initiatives, and continuous improvements.
• Create technical documentation such as user manuals, application notes, and white papers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• At least 7 years of experience in communication electronics design, technical product development, product management, or application support.
• In-depth knowledge of RF electronics, communication systems, digital systems, embedded software, FPGAs, and power electronics.
• Experience working with technical customers and translating their needs into actionable product requirements.
• Working knowledge of C/C++ or Python, plus strong troubleshooting skills across hardware and software domains.
• Experience with high-reliability electronics and systems, particularly in aerospace, and familiarity with small satellite systems.

• Background in technical sales, marketing, or customer solution development.
• Experience developing technical solutions for customer proposals.
