Product Manager, BSG (m/f/d) (Marketplace)

What you will do

• Define the vision, business goals, strategy, and product streams for the Engagement area.
• Build roadmaps and milestones focused on user activation, engagement, and retention.
• Use data insights and experimentation to prioritize initiatives and improve product outcomes.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from customer understanding and hypothesis development through A/B testing and iteration.
• Align priorities with stakeholders and broader product organization goals.
• Establish product management methods and tools, communicate performance, and mentor PMs.

Requirements

• Experience in digital product management, preferably in marketplaces or eCommerce.
• Track record of developing products from MVP to mature products using tracking, user testing, and A/B tests.
• Strong analytical skills, including defining success metrics and developing data-based recommendations.
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization, testing frameworks, and common product management tools.
• Strong self-management, negotiation, conflict management, strategic thinking, and business judgment.
• Experience with team development and cross-departmental collaboration.
