Manager - Transaction Advisory Services (Financial Advisory)

Salary: $126,000–$182,000 per year

What you will do

• Gather data, review documents and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research target companies and perform complex quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Conduct due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Communicate with clients and support exceptional client service.
• Work with firm leadership to support business development, marketing and recruiting activities.
• Support team-member growth while building internal, client and community relationships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a large accounting firm, audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience generating data-driven insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting analyses to management and participating in executive briefings.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively with client personnel and colleagues at all levels.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
