Senior - Transaction Advisory Services

Salary: $96,290–$144,450 per year

What you will do

• Provide due diligence and transaction advisory services for buy-side, sell-side, and corporate finance transactions.
• Gather data, review documents, and prepare quality of earnings reports.
• Research target companies and perform quantitative and qualitative financial analysis.
• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management matters.
• Communicate with clients and support executive briefings and management presentations.
• Participate in firm marketing and recruiting activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA designation preferred.
• At least three years of relevant experience, ideally in a mid-size or large professional services firm performing audits and related services.
• At least two years of transaction services or due diligence experience highly preferred.
• Intermediate financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience generating data-driven insights.
• Strong organizational, communication, presentation, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively with senior-level clients and colleagues across industries.

Nice to have

• CFE, CFA, or another professional designation or candidacy.
• Advanced degree.
