Senior Manager, Corporate Finance Advisory

What you will do

• Lead client engagements involving financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning to support executive decision-making and enterprise value creation.
• Advise CFOs and other C-suite stakeholders on project finance, M&A, business valuation, and corporate transactions.
• Recommend rolling forecasts, performance dashboards, investor reporting frameworks, and other advanced financial tools.
• Drive business development through scoping, proposal development, client presentations, relationship building, and cross-selling.
• Manage and mentor engagement teams while collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support practice growth through thought leadership, innovation, project management, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in corporate finance, business advisory, or a related area, including leadership of complex engagements and client relationships.
• Strong team leadership, business development, proposal writing, presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with US GAAP.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and tasks in a complex, dynamic environment under tight deadlines.
• Ability to travel less than 25% annually.

Nice to have

• CFA, CPA, or a similar professional credential.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, EPM, FP&A tools, or coding.
