Electrical Assembler III (Marine Electrical Systems)

Location: Merritt Island, Florida, United States; full-time onsite

Salary: $23.50–$28.10 per hour, with potential eligibility for discretionary bonus and long-term incentive awards.

What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance checks on marine electrical equipment and systems.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical malfunctions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
• Test finished electrical units against safety and performance standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation, follow PPE and safety procedures, and report hazards.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electrical assembly.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical issues.
• Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and power distribution systems.
• Ability to understand technical diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and understand basic OSHA and DEP terminology.

• Knowledge of marine electrical systems and components.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to cross-train across workstations and related tasks.
