Electrical Assembler / Electrician (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders.
• Assemble and install electrical components, wiring, subassemblies, and support structures.
• Label, wire, and connect switch boxes and control-panel terminal boards.
• Inspect wiring for coding accuracy, proper termination, continuity, shorts, and grounds.
• Assist with machine testing and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Document work, maintain safe and clean work areas, and collaborate on quality and production challenges.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED with 3+ years of electrical wiring or installation experience, or a two-year degree/certification in electrical systems with 2+ years of experience.
• Experience with electrical wiring, installation, or assembly work.
• Ability to understand wiring diagrams and troubleshoot basic electrical issues.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and clear communication.
• Ability to multitask and shift priorities while maintaining proper care of tools and equipment.
