Electrical Assembler (Industrial Electrical)

What you will do

• Read and interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, specifications, and work orders.
• Assemble and wire control panels, switch boxes, terminal boards, and electrical systems.
• Check wiring for coding, continuity, shorts, grounds, and correct terminations.
• Participate in machine testing, troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Identify quality, material, and design issues while supporting process improvements and production documentation.
• Lead, coach, and train less-experienced team members while maintaining safe and organized work practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of electrical assembly or related industrial electrical experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical concepts and components.
• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
