Manager, Full Potential Office – Finance Transformation (Finance Transformation)

What you will do

• Support end-to-end financial governance for transformation initiatives across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Growth, RGM, EPMO, and the Full Potential Office.
• Maintain and review initiative financials in Wave, including actuals, forecasts, adjusted actuals, annualized values, bankable plan alignment, L4/L5 progression, and recurring benefit estimates.
• Identify and escalate data quality issues, forecast anomalies, timing variances, and discrepancies in initiative value.
• Coordinate period close and forecasting inputs, validate updates, and ensure financial impacts are reflected consistently in reporting.
• Prepare analysis and materials for Finance Lead calls, FPO check-ins, productivity reviews, EVA discussions, and SteerCo or SLT updates.
• Coordinate issue resolution, support L5 approval readiness, and maintain finance governance training and process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, transformation, value creation, operational finance, or business performance management.
• Strong financial analysis skills covering actuals, forecasts, initiative value drivers, recurring benefits, and variance explanations.
• Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority and managing multiple priorities.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, actionable messages for senior leaders.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA.
• Experience with Power BI, Wave, transformation tracking systems, or similar reporting platforms.
