ERP Business Process Analyst - Supply Chain (Oracle Fusion Cloud)

Location: Anoka, Minnesota, United States; hybrid

Compensation: $89,300–$165,800 annually, with possible additional annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead ERP transformation by aligning business requirements with modern solution capabilities.
• Gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and define current-state and future-state processes, business requirements, and user stories.
• Design, configure, test, and deploy integrated supply chain technology solutions with Digital and Business teams.
• Support ERP configuration, integration design, testing, and deployment readiness in a cloud-based ERP environment.
• Translate information needs into reporting, dashboards, and analytics that improve process visibility and decision-making.
• Facilitate functional sub-teams using Agile, Lean, and structured project delivery practices while driving measurable improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience working with or supporting ERP and connected digital platforms.
• Experience across supply chain processes including sourcing, procurement, demand planning, production planning, materials and ihirify.globalory management, and engineering.
• Experience with process mapping, requirements definition, change management, and cross-functional project execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications is strongly preferred.
