Location: Hybrid; must be based in the US (Phoenix, AZ; Folsom, CA; or Hillsboro, OR). This position is not eligible for hirify.global immigration sponsorship.

Salary: $142,060–$236,810 USD

What you will do

• Lead the redesign and implementation of business processes and strategies for supply chain transformation.
• Manage technology projects and programs to ensure alignment with business objectives and systems requirements.
• Perform supply chain planning capability analyses and design in collaboration with a broad network of experts.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, managing resources, schedules, and budgets.
• Create detailed business process documentation and training materials.
• Oversee implementation processes, including testing, change control, and transition management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 6+ years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning, Business Solution Development, or Supply Chain Project Management.
• Strong technical aptitude to interpret and validate user and technical requirements.
• Effective communication skills for conveying complex issues to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must have valid US work authorization as immigration sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
• Previous experience in the semiconductor supply chain.
• Experience with executive-level communication regarding status, risks, and mitigation.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems architecture, industry-standard frameworks, and Business Continuity Planning (BCM).
