Senior Manager, Product Data Specification

What you will do

• Lead the governance, creation, management, and continuous improvement of material, packaging, and product specifications.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary escalation point for specification processes, systems, and business rules.
• Drive process improvements, KPI development, system enhancements, and training initiatives.
• Support regulatory, ESG, compliance, and business-driven data changes in alignment with global standards.
• Partner with R&D, Process Governance, Regulatory, Quality, Operations, Commercialization, and Commercial teams to support timelines and resolve specification challenges.
• Lead and develop a global team through coaching, performance management, and resource prioritization.

Requirements

• Leadership experience managing global teams in specifications, product data, or quality systems environments.
• Experience with specification systems, digital platforms, and data governance processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify and lead process improvements and change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with GS1 standards and industry best practices is preferred.
