Value, Access & Policy Senior Associate

What you will do

• Support access, pricing, value, and suitable-care initiatives for the Oncology & Rare Franchise Team.
• Analyze payer landscapes, patient journeys, care pathways, and HTA, HEOR, and RWE evidence.
• Develop value materials, dossiers, presentations, stakeholder plans, and communications.
• Coordinate workplans, timelines, vendors, KPIs/OKRs, risks, decisions, and cross-functional contributions.
• Conduct targeted research and translate complex findings into practical recommendations and decision-ready outputs.
• Collaborate with VAP, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Legal/Compliance, HEOR/RWE, Pricing, Policy, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Knowledge of HTA, reimbursement, healthcare funding, HEOR/RWE, value communication, and patient pathways.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and driving cross-functional delivery.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in Dutch and English.
