Business Intelligence Manager (CCH Tagetik)

Location: Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands; applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

The role supports financial and operational insights, planning, reporting, and data-driven decision-making within hirify.global.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain CCH Tagetik applications for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Configure data models, cubes, dimensions, calculation logic, validation rules, workflows, and audit trails.
• Develop ETL processes and data integration workflows connecting ERP and other source systems.
• Create and optimize management reports, dashboards, disclosure outputs, and Power BI-based reporting tools.
• Investigate data discrepancies and system issues, optimize performance, and automate processes.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, and IT teams while providing guidance and training to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, data technology, accounting, or finance; an IT background is preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience with CPM systems.
• Strong hands-on experience configuring and managing CCH Tagetik applications for planning and reporting.
• Deep understanding of FP&A and financial reporting concepts.
• Knowledge of databases, data warehouses, Business Intelligence design and concepts, preferably in a Fabric environment.
• Experience with ETL, data imports, transformation rules, ERP/source-system integration, Power BI datasets, dashboards, data querying, and data modeling.
