Microsoft 365 SCI & Modern Work Architect - Senior Manager

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid workplace with in-person work at local offices and client sites

Salary: $126,000–$176,000 annually

What you will do

• Architect and implement Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, migration, and Modern Work solutions.
• Plan, configure, and deploy Microsoft Purview, Defender, Intune, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Design solutions across SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Microsoft 365 Apps, Engage, and Viva.
• Develop strategies and translate complex business problems into implementable client solutions.
• Lead project work plans, supervise delivery teams, and provide mentoring and performance development.
• Build client relationships, contribute to proposals, and identify business development opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience architecting and implementing Microsoft 365 Security and Modern Work technologies.
• Strong technical administration expertise across the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Experience architecting and implementing Microsoft Purview capabilities, including information protection, DLP, data lifecycle management, and eDiscovery.
• Experience delivering solutions for global and large Microsoft 365 tenants, including migrations and deployments.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• Authorization to work in Canada without sponsorship now or in the future is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCC and GCCH environments.
• Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, SC-900, CISSP, or a similar certification.
• Experience with Entra, PowerShell, PnP, Azure, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Migration Manager, or third-party migration tools.
