Technical Architect, Microsoft D365 F&SCM (Canada)

Location: Toronto, Canada. The role supports Canada, U.S., and global projects and requires 15% travel. Canadian citizenship and at least five years of residency in Canada are required for TN visa eligibility and government clearance eligibility.

Salary: CAD $160,000–$180,000 annual base salary, with an estimated total compensation range of CAD $184,000–$225,000 including annual incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Architect scalable and secure Microsoft D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management solutions across Azure, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
• Lead technical design, system integrations, and modernization initiatives from AX to D365.
• Embed AI, Copilot, and automation into finance and supply chain processes.
• Design Azure infrastructure covering integration, security, data, and resiliency.
• Guide development practices involving X++ extensions, DevOps, and CI/CD.
• Advise clients and mentor global technical teams throughout enterprise delivery programs.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in the Microsoft ecosystem, including D365 F&SCM architecture.
• Experience delivering full-lifecycle ERP implementations and business transformations.
• Deep expertise in Azure, integrations, data platforms, and security.
• Experience with AI solutions such as Copilot, Azure OpenAI, and AI Builder.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and managing teams at Manager or Senior Manager level, with strong client-facing leadership.
• Canadian citizenship and a minimum of five years’ Canadian residency are required.
