Senior Scheduler (Healthcare)

Location: Sacramento, California, United States. Full-time role with local travel within divisions required.

Annual salary: $112,800–$188,000

What you will do

• Develop, update, validate, and track pre-construction, baseline, proposal, month-end, and recovery schedules.
• Manage Primavera P6 databases, activity coding, cost loading, and resource loading.
• Analyze labor productivity, financial performance, scheduling metrics, project health, delays, disruptions, and acceleration impacts.
• Prepare forensic schedule analyses, delay and productivity claims, damages assessments, mediation materials, and settlement support.
• Support negotiations, change management, contract notice requirements, and preservation of recovery rights.
• Develop scheduling procedures and training while mentoring schedulers and assistant schedulers.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of construction experience, including at least 5 years in scheduling and 2 years in construction claims and negotiations.
• Experience managing teams and driving department goals and objectives.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, Critical Path Method scheduling, contracts, notice requirements, plans, specifications, job costing, and financial projections.
• Expert proficiency with Primavera P6 Professional, Microsoft Suite, and Bluebeam; working knowledge of virtual construction technology systems.
• Ability to travel locally within divisions.
