Incentive Compensation Senior Analyst

Location: Monterrey, Mexico; full-time onsite role

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end administration of incentive and bonus plans, ensuring compliance with approved plan documents, governance standards, and company policies.
• Build and maintain workflows, rules, calculations, reporting, and analytics for incentive programs.
• Calculate and deliver monthly through annual incentive awards accurately and on time, resolving exceptions as needed.
• Partner with Payroll, Finance, HR, Sales, and IT to process payments, support forecasting and reconciliations, and align programs with talent strategy.
• Manage the global Electrify recognition program powered by Workhuman, including vendor coordination, awards, reporting, and governance.
• Create participant and leadership communications, respond to inquiries, maintain documentation, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience administering incentive or compensation plans, preferably with Xactly Incent or a similar platform.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with reporting, dashboards, data visualization, complex calculations, and large data sets.
• Ability to manage confidential information, work independently, and collaborate across functions.
