Global Incentives Intern (SaaS)

Location: Madrid, Spain; hybrid work model with office and remote work

What you will do

• Support daily sales commission calculations and resolve participant questions.
• Check data and processes across Salesforce and Salesforce Spiff.
• Prepare monthly variable-pay results through reconciliations, controls, and data checks.
• Analyze commission data to identify discrepancies, recurring issues, and trends.
• Create user guides and training materials and contribute to reporting, audits, process improvements, and special projects.

Requirements

• Final-year bachelor’s or master’s student or fresh graduate in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and structured spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail, a methodical approach, and analytical curiosity.
• Collaborative communication skills and a strong willingness to learn.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce, Salesforce Spiff, CRM systems, finance, sales operations, or incentive compensation.
• Interest in the software or SaaS industry.
