TL;DR

Director, Sales Incentive Compensation (Finance/Revenue Ops): Designing and governing global go-to-market compensation strategies and plan architectures to drive predictable revenue outcomes with an accent on financial modeling and executive alignment. Focus on optimizing variable compensation programs, reducing reliance on external consultants, and ensuring global scalability and governance.

Location: Houston, US (Hybrid - physically present in the office at least 2 days per week)

What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end design, modeling, and strategic evolution of global sales incentive compensation programs for all GTM roles.
  • Develop compensation frameworks aligned with corporate growth objectives, sales strategy, and financial targets.
  • Conduct advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, and stress testing to ensure program ROI and affordability.
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-wide compensation governance standards, policies, and internal controls.
  • Partner with executive leadership across Sales, HR, and Finance to align incentive structures with business priorities.
  • Mentor and lead a high-performing team of compensation and analytics talent.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance.
  • Proven track record of managing complex global GTM compensation within high-growth or subscription-based environments.
  • Deep expertise in economic modeling, quota design, and commercial performance management.
  • Must be based in Houston, US to meet the hybrid office requirement.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce, Xactly, Varicent, PowerBI, and advanced Excel modeling.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or economics; MBA or advanced certifications preferred.
