Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

Location: Northfield, Illinois, United States

Salary: $85,000–$128,000 annual; bonus and/or incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Analyze sales compensation results, reports, source documents, and payout calculations.
• Create audit points and controls to maintain accurate compensation outcomes.
• Partner with Sales Compensation, IS, Sales Leadership, and Sales Programmers on reporting and tracking requirements.
• Identify undocumented or unclear processes and create SOPs, flow charts, and instructions for repeatable results.
• Develop tools and techniques that improve analyst accuracy and time efficiency.
• Lead ad hoc projects involving compensation calculations and source-document analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 years of analyst experience in Sales Compensation, Sales Operations, or Finance.
• Experience analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, and exceptions and drive improvements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
• Ability to train colleagues and collaborate with internal and external departments.

• Advanced SQL and/or Power BI skills.
