Senior Project Manager - Healthcare

Location: Arvada, Colorado, United States; full-time, onsite role.

Annual salary: $125,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Manage multiple or large, complex healthcare construction projects through successful completion.
• Develop estimates, budgets, contract prices, GMP or lump-sum agreements, and subcontract bid packages.
• Coordinate procurement, shop drawing approvals, material delivery, scheduling, cost control, and project reporting.
• Build relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Work with the superintendent on safety plans, quality control, contract compliance, and project documentation.
• Lead preconstruction, close-out, warranty follow-up, business development support, and claims mitigation.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, and computer skills.
• Fundamental knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, and other project management control systems.
