Project Manager - Healthcare (HCAi)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $110,500–$165,700 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion and close-out.
• Develop budgets and contract prices, negotiate subcontractor and material purchases, and support estimating activities.
• Set up project procedures, coordinate procurement and shop drawing approvals, and maintain the project schedule.
• Build effective relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• Implement safety and quality control procedures, maintain project documentation, and ensure contract compliance.
• Lead project meetings, supervise and train project staff, mitigate claims and conflicts, and conduct warranty follow-up.

Requirements

• Healthcare project experience is required; HCAi experience is preferred.
• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of field construction management experience, including supervisory experience.
• Leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Drafting and computer skills, with knowledge of contract law and project accounting.
• Thorough understanding of project management control systems, including scheduling, cost control, procurement, and estimating.
