What you will do

• Execute ground-level project tasks and maintain project documentation.
• Act as an internal liaison to clarify requirements and solve cross-discipline gaps.
• Schedule and run internal meetings, tracking action items and milestones.
• Identify resourcing needs and coordinate with Resource Management.
• Explain and enforce project workflows, including legal, medical, and regulatory review processes.
• Support the team in driving internal and external communications.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects.
• Proven experience in project management within a marketing agency, specifically with healthcare clients.
• Strong understanding of waterfall methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
