Project Manager (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, Kansas City, or New York, United States, with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $45,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage ground-level execution of large-scale healthcare marketing projects.
• Translate client business models and project objectives into clear requirements for project teams.
• Coordinate client engagement, delivery, and cross-disciplinary stakeholders to maintain project momentum.
• Schedule meetings, manage communications, track action items, and ensure milestone deliverables are completed.
• Identify resourcing needs, coordinate staffing, and resolve cross-discipline gaps.
• Maintain project documentation and support legal, medical, regulatory, and client-specific review workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency or client-side experience managing large-scale marketing projects.
• Project management experience within a marketing agency, preferably supporting healthcare clients.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools, including waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams, clarify ambiguity, follow up on details, and adapt to change.
