Senior Project Manager - Healthcare HCAi - Inland Empire/High Desert

Location: NBS Riverside, California; projects in the Los Angeles metropolitan area

Salary: $166,000–$210,000 annual salary

What you will do

• Manage multiple or large, complex healthcare HCAi construction projects.
• Establish budgets and contract pricing, including GMP and lump-sum contracts, and manage full project financial performance.
• Negotiate subcontractor and material purchases, prepare bid packages, and oversee procurement and buyout.
• Maintain project schedules, coordinate shop drawing approvals and material delivery, and manage project documentation and close-out.
• Lead project teams, support staff development, and coordinate owners, architects, subcontractors, superintendents, and management.
• Direct safety, quality control, contract compliance, claims avoidance, warranty follow-up, and preconstruction activities.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience on HCAi projects, including 5 years in an HCAi project leadership role.
• Experience on at least one $100M project or multiple $30M projects.
• Eight to ten years of field construction management experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, or architecture, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with staff development, financial management, scheduling, cost control, procurement, estimating, project accounting, and contract law.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational, communication, drafting, computer, and decision-making skills.
