District Trainer (Logistics)

Location: Peabody, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: USD 60,000–75,000 per year

What you will do

• Support district recruiting by sourcing candidates, managing SmartRecruiters activity, attending career fairs, and conducting initial screening interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding plans and ensure new hires complete general and role-specific training on schedule.
• Build the monthly district training calendar, deliver trainer-led courses, and maintain internal and external training records.
• Help management teams create employee training plans and develop materials for local training needs.
• Monitor annual training, NEO, OPA-required training, 52-hour training, and dangerous goods compliance requirements.
• Support performance evaluations, 1:1 documentation, and professional development planning in the PDC.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the global logistics industry.
• Good computer skills, including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to organize work, meet deadlines, collaborate effectively, and maintain accurate training records.
• Full-time, on-site role in Peabody, Massachusetts.
