Business Training Specialist (Logistics)

Location: Fontana, California; City of Industry, California; or Perth Amboy, New Jersey, USA

Annual base salary: $70,304–$100,000 plus annual bonus

What you will do

• Establish and improve the training and capability enhancement system for the Americas region.
• Create annual and monthly training plans, management mechanisms, and standardized training processes.
• Plan and implement onboarding, business skills, and specialized capability development programs with business departments.
• Coordinate needs assessments, solution design, course scheduling, instructors, and training delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using satisfaction, exam results, business performance, and feedback, then optimize programs.
• Build course systems, internal instructor resources, training materials, course records, exam records, and employee training files.

Requirements

• Experience developing and managing structured business training programs.
• Ability to coordinate training needs analysis, course design, scheduling, instructors, and implementation.
• Ability to evaluate training outcomes and convert business knowledge, best practices, and standard operating procedures into courses and learning materials.
• Ability to manage training documentation, records, and data using standardized and traceable processes.
• Availability to work in one of the listed locations in the United States.
