What you will do

• Deliver and co-facilitate classroom, virtual classroom, Academy Connect, and virtual-reality training for Driver Trainees and Regional Training Center associates.
• Provide feedback to Driver Trainees, Fleet Development leaders, trainers, and Regional Training Center teams.
• Conduct facilitation audits, One Best Way consistency tours, risk assessments, and compliance reviews across Regional Training Centers.
• Support training-content development and assessment reviews by validating accuracy and recommending improvements.
• Monitor virtual-reality training utilization, end-of-day activities, class schedules, and Regional Training Center processes.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise associates while assigning duties and supporting development opportunities.

Requirements

• Current interstate Class A Commercial Driver's License with Hazmat endorsement, or ability to obtain the Hazmat endorsement within 120 calendar days of hire.
• Three years of full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving experience within the previous seven years.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years and no serious traffic violations during that period.
• No alcohol- or drug-related DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless-driving conviction within the last 10 years.
• No preventable commercial motor vehicle accidents within the last three years, no preventable DOT-recordable accidents within the last 10 years, and no preventable fatality or catastrophic-injury accident.
• Training or facilitation experience supports success in the role.

Nice to have

• 250,000 miles of over-the-road tractor/trailer experience.
• Experience as an over-the-road tractor/trailer driver.
• No moving violations during the last three years.
