Safety Consultant – Process Safety (HSE and industrial risk management): Leading process safety management activities and delivering risk-based safety solutions for high-hazard industrial operations with an accent on HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA, Bow-Tie and major accident hazard management. Focus on conducting risk assessments, auditing safety systems, supporting management of change, investigating incidents and developing safety assurance programs.
Location: Jubail First Industrial Area, Jubail, Saudi Arabia

What you will do
- Lead and support Process Safety Management activities across industrial operations.
- Facilitate HAZID, HAZOP, LOPA and Bow-Tie studies and conduct process safety and HSE risk assessments.
- Support Major Accident Hazard risk management, Management of Change and operational risk management.
- Develop and review safety management systems, procedures, performance indicators and assurance programs.
- Conduct process safety audits, gap assessments and compliance reviews.
- Provide technical safety advice, lead or support incident investigations, and deliver safety training and competency development.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in Engineering, HSE, Process Safety or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in HSE or Process Safety, preferably in oil and gas, petrochemical, energy, chemical or other high-hazard industries.
- Strong practical knowledge of Process Safety Management principles and risk assessment methodologies.
- Experience with HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, Bow-Tie and process safety studies.
- Strong communication, consulting and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- NEBOSH, CSP, CFSE, TÜV Functional Safety or equivalent professional certification.
