Sr. Product Manager – Enrollments & Entitlements (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; full-time onsite role

Salary: $114,500–$194,700 USD per year, plus discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for enrollment, entitlement administration, authentication, and access governance.
• Identify target client segments, evaluate industry trends, uncover opportunities, and shape product value propositions and business cases.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and lead product launches, go-to-market rollouts, sales training, and client presentations.
• Drive enhancements to user administration and self-service access management based on client feedback, business priorities, and performance metrics.
• Conduct post-launch audits, analyze P&L, KPIs, and product success metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Security to deliver governed and auditable solutions.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of enrollment, entitlement administration, user access management, authentication, and access governance.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, audit, security, governance, and regulatory requirements related to access management.
• Knowledge of business strategy development, long-term planning, profitability, and performance management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple disciplines and ambiguous issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
